Car is pulling timing, has knock on all cyls and it adjusting octane ratio mostly under heavy load at lower rpm in 4th gear.

Compared to what it used to be this is a huge difference so tbh I’m not sure what to expect. It feels great but I know there’s definitely some room for improvement.
