98 Octane

Car ran well, felt like it hesitated for a second around 6.2k but then kept pulling with no issues. Could be spark plug related for the hesitation for a split second. Will check all coils and spark plugs/gaps

Engine boosted fine till around 4.5k. Felt like throttle bottle closed and threw code 3100. Engine won't hold boost to redline. If I ease into the throttle engine will boost hitting around 17.8psi then goes into limp mode with throwing and engine code of 3100 boost pressure control deactivation.
