98 Octane

Misfire cylinder 2 at random times under load started after flashing stage 2 plus, changed injectors , swapped injectors from cylinder (3 to 2) misfire stayed , changed spark plugs changed coil, done compression test while warm, checked all fuses. I flashed to stock still getting same issue

AT in manual mode on 3rd gear from 2000 rpm with DTC full off. After 3000 rpm slow acceleration. No CEL on the dashboard no error codes.
