Boost now under target

Boost is now under target

I’ve attached this log just for reference. I thought the differences between the two might potentially narrow down what you think the I issue I have is. Be it wastegate or vacuum or boost leak potentially?

Version 4 log. I did some testing and believe my boost solenoids are failing. I have ordered new ones and will install them along with all new vacuum lines. Don’t bother making any revisions. I’ll send another log when I make the fixes. Thanks man.
