Driving with known rich conditon from datalog 27

Rich condition looking for issue at idle only. AFR see almost 10/1, LTFT roughly -60, plugs are replaced very frequently. PCV replaced, injectors replaced, new oil pan gasket, stock turbo inlet pipe, no catch can.
