3 wide open throttle pulls from 2000RPM to 4500RPM in 3rd gear

Noticed ethanol sensor seems to be reading slightly high? During datalog, noticed 11-12%. After refueling to half a tank of 93, still seeing 12. Gas should be at or below E10
