Little bit of Oct booster

Put in reasonable boost targets to try and minimize boost error and make the integrals happier too.

Datalog for determining cause of misfire.

New clutch doesn't slip, so might as well put some power back in. Feels great, saw some extra learned knock, just have to review and see if it's an issue.
