93 Octane

Everything seems to be working well after Ajay sent the updated revision.

epc, cel and codes "cyl 2 misfire detected P0302/3B18" and "hide cylinder P130A/3AE2"

After filling tank, not topping it off but full tank of shell 93.

I didn't fill it up all the way tonight and did that on purpose to see if the rough misfires would again happen, it did but I also didn't let it get too bad by helping the idle w/ throttle input.
