Getting high pitched squeel...boost leak?

2009 335xi with front wheel drive OFF via xDelete. 87* F ambient. MHD Stage 1+ tune with CSK Performance FMIC. Turbos replaced with OEM at 50K and the car is now at 133K miles. All recently new NGK 5992 plugs (at 0.022"), pre-cat O2 sensors, vacuum lines, upper and lower aluminum charge pipes, HPFP, low pressure fuel sensor, intake valve cleaning and external PCV valve mod with catch can.

Monitoring knock retard. Stage 1 93 octane had terrible knock retard, -3 to -4 degrees on every pull. This seems better but I still can't wait for my EQT tune from Ed.
