datalog 2 has strange surging feeling when under wot 3rd gear pull

Log 2 was taken right after, you can see the STFT bnk2 is still stuck at .2 in the beginning, but then it's almost as if the issue goes away after a bit starts to trim fuel based on throttle input as it should, and once the issue goes away the engine no longer feels like it's stumbling/hesitating.

Recently my car started having hesitations when driving normally and bit of rough running. When it happens, it doesn't trigger an SES light, but upon parking and reading codes, i get: 2c32: lambda probe before catalyst 2, trimming control 2c6c: lamda probe after catalytic converter 2, system check cleared codes, turned off, after work got in car, warmed up and beat on it a bit no issues. next morning, hesitations returned, parked, and same codes pulled.
