car has intakes exhaust and just added the jb4 tune, car consistently will over boost, code 30ff, at 15psi and higher. not sure what is wrong. Changed diverter valves and have new plugs and coilpacks. bmw diagnosed the turbo solenoid air lines

when car is at operating temp, turned off and back on (ex going in and out of store), when started runs fine for a few seconds before rising in idle and crashing down (limp mode, horrendous misfire, and dies). New HPFP and replaced leaking injector.
