Logs with throttle closures

Data log results from new stage 2.5 LPFP. Car has experienced a transmission shifting problem twice now, what occurred is I was stopped at a red light and once the light turned green i floored it in first and once i got to around 6,500 RPM i attempted to shift via manual mode with the shift knob and the car would not shift, the second time i got the car to shift into second only after clicking the knob again a couple more times. Let me know thoughts. Thank you.

Results after installing new stage 2.5 precision raceworks LPFP. Also to add car experienced transmission shifting problem again, same situation, gunned it in first from stop at a light and car would not shift into second until after i shifted the knob again once or twice more only then did it shift from first to second. This problem has only occurred twice now both in first gear and both from a stop.
