Car threw 30ff code during pull but not in limp mode this time

Good power bump from RPM 3500-4750/5000, between 5500+ felt like it was running out of power. Would like more boost in lower rpm if possible earlier around 2000-3500, and from 5500+, if the boost psI could also be adjusted in the higher rpm so it feels like a single turbo would be fantastic.
