New Battery, New Crankshaft Position Sensor -- STILL WEIRD!

Last week I began experiencing a few shifts that were much rougher than I've felt before. Short, but harsh. I ran my codes and I had a Crankshaft Position Sensor issue (2A94) and as a result, Boost-pressure control deactivation (3100). This is not the place to get into the nitty gritty of the other codes I have, as most were rectified or have been there for 3+ years with no effect, so I will just leave it at that. This could be as simple as a loose connection but I'm still not convinced because a simple code clearing would not make any electrical contact better.
