Wastegate duty cycle turned up, peaking at about 21psi

Add me on Instagram @ Lalo_N54 I'm getting a rough idle on coldstart Smells like fuel lowkey on start up but thru the exhaust pipe I was getting a misfire in #3 but I switched the coil from 3 to #1 and the misfire popped up as #3 again So I'm wondering if I'm having a spark plug issue or a O2 sensor issue . I Also be having bad gas mileage and poor performance/ CEL on MHD reads misfire #3 Anyways ima be ordering a spark plug socket so I can pull em out and see if there burnt (Bay Area Ca)
