K04 rs+,forge actuator,tcu+ecu Dv,charge pipes,rs4 relief valve, Intake,dp,hpfp

During a gentle acceleration with the throttle open only slightly, I sometimes see this weird issue where I get a high negative fuel trim. In this particular case, it comes on slowly and self resolves over the course of 15 seconds.

Bored rail inlet and outlet holes with spare rail. Still tanking psi at 5500rpm.

Misfires on gear change.
