Seems to have slight hesitation once in a while at 4,500 rpm, but intermittently.

Wastegate solenoid plugged in this time Car still feels like it pulls very strong all the way through the powerband without any drops in power. Side note: Notice sometimes that during pulls a slight lift off the throttle can sometimes cause a more than expected loss in power very suddenly.
