Pull from 3 to 4 with Royal Purple Max Boost Octane Booster added and Shell 91 OCT fuel

n54 experiencing occasional rough idle at start-up. Throwing misfire codes for cylinders 4-6. Trying to pinpoint issue. Any help greatly appreciated, this is my first log and I have no idea what I'm doing.
