Boost cut happens every time at around 5k. Not sure why

Running lean. No codes are thrown, but jb4 will go to safety map 4 for AFR lean condition. It feels like it's running lean, no top end power under WOT and can feel a bit of surging/hiccuping in upper RPM range. Under WOT, shifting from 3rd to 4th gear always results in engine immediately falling flat on its face: it stutters hard and cannot gain revs despite full throttle. If WOT is maintained for ~2 seconds during this heavy stuttering upon shifting to 4th, JB4 will go to safety map 4 for AFR lean condition. DME does not throw any codes. Fuel Open Loop always ends up stuck at 90.
