i am getting a hesitation/ stuttering really bad sometimes under 3k rpm. then it lags and its fine again. whats goin on here. it feels like massive misfires.

No sputtering this time, spark plugs look carbon fouled

So initially I wanted to get a tune due to 30ff 3100 error codes But for these 2 pulls and all the other ones I have yet to have the issue pop up So for these runs I was using mhd stage 2+ Vtt stage 2 turbo 5.5” fmic Charge pipe with a tial bov 2” inlets and cone intakes 3.5 bar tmap sensor Gutted downpipes
