city cruising, highway wot, engine off

FBO, front turbo relo inlets, step 1 colder plugs, elder coils, index 1 injector, 14hg turbo smart spring kit.

I have issues when I get into the throttle where the car will stutter then if I keep going it will go into limp mode with faults on the high pressure fuel pump. I also hear some what sounds like valve ticking that sounds a little louder than normal.
