Not as rough as usual. Sometimes get bad throttle hesitation and feels like a misfire but pulls no codes and have to shut the car off and turn it back on for it to drive normal

Idle log. Car will startup and sometimes and have rough idle and misfire. Before continuing tuning can you check this.
