Sudden boost cut 1st gear

Feels like major boost leak on the regular I struggled to hit 2 lbs of boost — but I gunned it and hit some boost and then it cut all of a sudden — I just upgraded bov hose to 6mm idk if the new hose is collapsing or if it is fueling and idk why my e sensor is reading 100% when I did put ethanol first on empty tank but I put 6 gall e85 10 gal 93 but the damn sensor keeps reading 100%?
