Fixed boost leaks pressure tested and more re-attempted run. Still peaked at 16psi

This log did 12.02 in the 1/4 mile. It was 86 degrees and about 70% humidity.

Much lower boost and overall output, flashed back to V3. Ran OK a little smoother than V3 but very down on power and slight surging.
