Very weird pulsating issue during pull. Only happens in lower gears 2-3

Transmission did not upshift on the 4-5 upshift at the 1555 time mark in the log. 93 octane with direct port meth.

Boost leak found and corrected. HPFP replaced, but no change to rail pressure.
Fuel measured 9% Ethanol.

After EKP fix
Just replaced my EKP and coded it. problem subsided for 1-2 pulls now it is back. Timing keeps correcting itself in cyl 4 & 5. Seems to be correlated to throttle stab
