Boost isn't there when warm, pedal to floor causing limp mode.

First start, ran rough, cyl 2 was not firing, I also mistakingly set fuel pressure to 43.5psi. That was the first log, I swapped coil 2/3 to fix the issue and set fuel psi to 45 for the second log.
